My BX19 TGD

Post by motoroller »

It's not in amazing condition, but it's the most reliable car we've owned! Now a bit battered, scratched etc. - we've put trees on the roof and the back is full of tools. We've had rovers, mercs, BMs, other citroens (a nearly new C5 and various xantias), VWs and Audis! It is now used in the garden to tow a big trailer around, for picking up leaves and branches, and the car is used to pull out trees. Here's a pic:

Sorry i've blanked out the driver :-p lol

What do you think?

I think you must have an enormous garden! The car looks in good nick too - is it roadworthy? Estates are becoming quite desireable.

Just a small top up of hydraulic fluid now and then and its been amazing! Oscar, no its not road legal :-p

I'll take some more pics at some point to show you the real condition... it needs a drivers side door glass at the moment (lawnmower throwns up stone chips - I replaced the passengers glass when it broke but havent found a drivers glass yet)...

Hi and welcome! I imagine there are a few BXs on the road in worse shape! It's good to see it used and be so efficient at it... testimony to the BX's strengths.
