Just saw this (though I'd swear it's not the first time this car has been on the 'bay).

Like all 14TGEs, not a bad car comfort-wise for a 14 ( trim level you normally didn't get on a 14 apart from the special editions) and it does appear to be in the same paint job as my new estate, which I can assure you fits a BX VERY well. £65 tax per 6 months too - which can't be bad either.... Just hope the TU has been looked after. And it's got the comfy seats too (MUCH more easy on the back than any BX with a Z or an "i" in its model designation).
No connection to the seller etc.... Norwich is a long way away from me (though home to one of the UKs largest book wholesalers, by a strange quirk of logistics).

The TU is the best petrol engine a BX can have. Its peppy, frugal, a piece of piss to work on and it drives better than the 16. Its also nigh on bomb proof and will run on fluids that it really shouldn't
TGE's aren't all that uncommon.....it was the most common trim at the time, obviously replacing the RE, which was the most common before that. Anything lower spec like a 14 or 14E is considered very rare (Leaders and St Tropez apart). But it is a good spec....its basically a 16TGS but without the rev counter, and they have a manual choke. Oh, and no PAS.
Don't think that one is Platinum. Hard to tell from the pics, but it looks like Meteor grey or something similar.
