Thats lovely and a bargain too, I have a set of alloys which would look oh so right on that car! Lovely colour too!

Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!

Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...

I have a nice (spoken for) set too. This car probably needs work - maybe the usual rear arm bearings stuff, but a decently low mileage... and all for £250. If I was in the market (which, having just sold my GTi auto - which had a/c - I am not) I'd be tempted.

What about considering a change of plan Mr. Fearn?

You could do worse Ian, Diesel auto's are ok, but nowhere near as much fun as the GTi, unless you got dads of course!

You said it! But only one is wrong, I guess so it isn't a big thing, a replacement in Green or in Grey (is it?) and you'll have a matching pair, plus one unit to sell on.

Not a lot of point for me chaps.

Our GTi's history is as follows:

40k - top end rebuild

80k - full engine rebuild

120k now and needs another rebuild.

59k? could quite well be as shagged as ours....
Over and out from me
