Before I do the dumb thing

Does the size of Radiator matter? In the 16RS I got for parts its about foot shorter so wondering if that would still be good enough for the 19TZS? Dis advantage I can see is the 19TZS has two fans.

btw, does having Air Con make a differance to Radiator size?

Yes and yes. Size does matter as the larger radiator will have more tube surface area through which heat is transferred to the atmosphere.

Air conditioning often means a larger radiator ads well - partly due to the increased load on the engine which will produce more heat and also because an air con condenser fitted in front of the radiator will raise the temperature of the air passing over the engine radiator and so make it less efficient.

Fans in fact do nothing over 25 or 30 MPH when the airflow caused by the cars motion will exceed any flow generated by the fans.
