A reg blue BX19RD SPOTTED IN BRACKNELL AREA!

There's an A reg BX 19rd in that powder blue colour,in the Bracknell/Ascot area, does anyone know of this car?

i had a good look around the car,even left a note,thus several months ago now,haven't seen it for a while now,but was in very good condition,but it was badged as a 19RD!............

im sure there the right plates,the colour matches an A reg,wheel trims / dash ect certainly mk1,could be one of the last A regs? someone must know the car!
