A NATIONAL meet?

Post by Gareth Wales »

Is there any appetite for such maybe in the centre of GB like Stratord Coventry? Now that they're all off-season?
I misssed my own region's Vanny brill-sed event because I was taken (almost in a straait jacket) to the Greek Islands
This could be really interesting - I mean - we all "know" each other (but not in the Bblical sense of course) but what a great jag to actiuy buy each other pints and talk about ......

'Lets all go to Coventry'

Its got a ring, but i suspect for all the wrong reasons!

Im only one driveshaft, three pipes, a brake caliper and a couple of wheels off being back on the road! (thats a list of things to fit, rather than needs!)

Middle England, Coventry or Stratford are both pretty central. I am up for it. A Show of hands?

will be determined by SHMBO, Canoeing and school work (leaving not a lot of free time, and certainly not prioritised in that order :D)

So Vanny - when are you going to be back on the road - of course I would always take you in the boot - (nobody is allowed to actually sit in the seats once the cheapo. famtastically awful faux leopard-skin covers are off.
And as for a date - well what's the consensus?

Stuart, at the risk of getting shot by the others, can you bring your P6 along instead?
I love those classic Rovers, is it `on the road` or a restoration jobbie?
