The pipe looks like the breather pipe from the oil filler neck to the rocker cover.
The bracket on the far right looks like the bracket that bolts to the front of the head under the intercooler that holds the fuel return multiblock.
The plastic double clip is obviousley for a pair of hoses somewhere, but not sure where, although it could be for the two LP LHM pipes near the LHM tank across the front of the block.
