Is my BX unique? Both glovebox hinges are intact and both front fog lights work.I've spent a fortune on glue and scrapyard gloveboxes on my other BX's

How do I not sound smug? Well, I don't mean to, but both my GTis have unbroken glovebox hinges and all working foglights. Interesting thing is that on my black one (which is for sale) there are acrylic covers, that were fabricated bt the previous owner... P

I too have working foglamps and intact glovebox hinges, but my luck is holding thanks to my BXclub sticker and the talisman of the black chevrons, I still dont have remote central locking though, and my interior lights need manual switching, but its a small price to pay. :)

i have two working fogs, two intact hinges, all interior lanmps working, all electric windows working, recent fixed the remainder of the door open lights, i no longer have the BX central locking plip as it has been updated with a far superior alarm/imoboliser/central locer device (which only false alarms when the sunroof is open), i have a full set of working dash bulbs, and a leather interior!

However my engine goes on fire when started, the car is on axel stands, the front for the CD player has vanaished and the tacho doesnt work, sounds like i need to get myself a bloody sticker in the window!

I forgot to mention my door hinges are spot on and it doesn't leak!

Except LHM and oil at the moment! And it has no MOT.

And I don't know if I've rebuilt the engine properly

Well, Rene's glovebox is held on by super glue, as is the passenger vanity mirror and I don't have fogs! So there :!: :P

Dashboard bulbs were mostly out when I got it, fixed it myself and I took out the remainder of the good ones during the repair... One day I'll get round to fixing them... And I haven't even thought about the cenrre console yet...

Engine catching fire? Not yet, but watch this space as I'm going to attempt to service Rene myself and change the LHM pump while I'm at it...
