WOW! That looks gorgeous! God, I need another car like a hole in the head, but WOW! Now, if I got this, I could pull the valver off the road for a while and sort the body out.......hhmmmmm.........

I like alloys, and a Gti 8v looks very well with them, but its not a necessity, some of the BX wheeltrims are smart and easy to keep clean!

Have you noticed it has the original radio, tailblazer and remote plip!

Indeed, I'm VERY VERY tempted to have a pop at this one, keep it for the duration of geting the valver less rotten, then sell it on. Depending on how high it goes, but I'll be watching it carefully.

Get it bought Doc, waxoiled and regularly cleaned and you should sell it on for what you pay for it!

Right, thats it. What do people mean when the describe wheels as being speedlines? Is it just that they have a different coloured edge to the middle? Its being bugging me for ages and Ive only noticed the term being used on here in the last 6 months.

I already know how gorgeous black BX's are, my valver is black under the mud and cow sh!t.

Believe me Philip, any car I own will never be a shiny envy mobile. It will always be covered in sh!t and mud, thats life on the farm for ya!

Adam, Speedline is the company that makes the alloy's. The SL311 is the 6j valver rim. They look a bit like this:

So thats all it is, the standard BX alloy rim that will make your car faster, cooler and sexier!
