I bet that'll go for a bargain price. Some car parts on eBay seem to make next to nothing for some obscure reason, even perfectly good and normally expensive stuff like this.

Gonna take a punt. Could collect on the way back from stratford...

Picking up a new down, front and centre for a tenner this weekend too. Much cheapness!

Go for it Pilsy, was going to have a bid if noone wanted it purely as im so pleased with the one I have and Im bound to have a GTi at some stage :D but wont do if one of the members wants it more than I.

RLO mate - the white GTI. The putty got it through the MOT, but it looked a bit like like when I attempted plastering that time... Its finally mostly fallen off, and rather than a growling exhaust note like it used to have it now sounds more like a loud fart.

Have arranged with the seller that if I win the auction I can pick it up on the way back from Stratford - ideal. Which, by the way, you still haven't said if you're coming to yet and whether you're riding down with me and Vanny?

[EDIT]: Vanny's site works fine for me mate? Was on there last night myself. I know he's changed provider, may be worth pressing CTRL+F5 on the home page and get it to update its DNS records (I know you don't know what this means - just do it! ;)).
