After finding out the black shiney surface was infact bullet proof black ice I elected a bit of traction control (aka sliding) into a parking bay which would be a bit safer. Parking beside a vehicle that has not been stationary for at least 30 minutes is not the best place to be on black ice, they tend to move as the tyres cool.
Well I found out that even with this knowledge it still gets the smart arse in the BX

Ah now that bit of snow was not pushed by my parking
Just glad the Minibus beside me had been parked up the night before. btw notice the snow falling.
This from Monday after spending a day in the sunshine this was the boarder of the murk and rain I went home to just 2 km from where I had parked.
I think last summer was the first year they did not milk that knowledge with signage. That pile of rocks behind me was in the film not sure where exactly but its in there apparently.
