Stokes Croft a BX hotspot

Post by dumbtime »

Im fairly new here and dont post much so dont know anyone and there BX's.
Any way since being back in Bristol during the Uni summer vacation Ive seen a few more BX's than I usually do, or mabey I'm just starting to catch somthing?

Riding home from work today I saw a shinny black valver coming from st pauls direction onto the Gloucester road about 5:45, I was on my BMX.

Yesturday, I saw a red BX estate going along Bell Barn Road as i was coming out the dentists, you may have seen my grey 19RD parked on the side?

I also see a grey Estate parked on freemantle square when ever i have to drive into work as thats where I park my car, or try to anyway.

and again, a month or two ago I saw a red GTI on stokes croft waiting to turn onto Jamaica street outside my office.

Stokes croft, bristol, seems to be a BX hotspot!

Ah, I think I've seen your car a few times!

I also completly forgot, wasn't I supposed to be doing a doseur valve for you?
Or maybe it someone else?
Cant remember!
Sorry if it was you... things been hectic and aint been around much.
Although it may not have been you at all, but I'm sure it was someone in Bristol.

Another black valver is interesting, although I think I know the car, infact I may own it soon!
Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!

Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...

Yeah it was me, not to worry, i might swap the old girl with David Rutherford, if he gets one of his TD's in good running order. Or I might buy a new car if he doesnt get one of them sorted, mabey a ZX TD but preferbly a BX TD . As i think it will be cheaper than sorting out all things wrong on my car, as it's also desperate for a new clutch and I'm a bit unsure of the condition of the struts and not 100% sure on the age of the cam belt.

its got 4 months MOT left and if anything isnt sorted out by then I'll get it through the MOT and then fork out on whats needed for the next year.

Im going off to south east asia tomorrow morning and wont be back in bristol untill the 4th of October then I'll be off to southampton Uni on 7th, so I doubt we'll be able to sort out the dosuer.

Thanks anyway.
