Wanted 16/19TZS or 19TZD
Wanted 16/19TZS or 19TZD
Any colour I guess but olympic blue would be ideal, ideally a 19TZD would be my first choice but if anyone knows of one please mention it.
Feel a bit of bx withdrawl symptoms as the 16v is not really useable due to it needing repiping.

I don't know about over there but red fades so badly over here. It's not my first choice but when you get offered a good deal you can't get picky about the colour.
If you leave a car here unpolished and waxed for a few years from new it starts to turn pink!
Red = Constant polishing and waxing
Blue = Never polish or wax. It's the best colour IMHO.
I know cause I have a car in each colour!
Then again it's not such an issue for you is it Tim? Polishing comes naturally unlike it being a chore for the rest of us

This has been bothering me a bit. I'd never heard of olympic blue before I had become a member of this site. I have had a bit of a look this evening in some of my official Citroën technical bulletins and have found that olympic blue did exist but only up until the 20th December 1991. It was then deleted and replaced with a similar but not the same colour. This colour is the colour of my car and is called "Ice Blue" (or Bleu Sirene in the french meaning). It came with the paint code "EPN". As far as I can tell (but it doesn't specifically say), Olympic Blue does not have the same paint code as Ice Blue.
Now, getting back to why I looked, I had never heard of it because Olympic Blue was never an available colour in Australia. The closest match was Ice Blue which arrived here for the 1992 BX 19TZI.
Maybe i'm being anal about it but if it's built after Dec 1991 please don't call it Olympic Blue cause it's wrong.

My BX was definately built on the 4th of November 1992 and is Ice Blue.
So you won't get an Olympic Blue TZ series unless it's a really early one.
