rad failure

hi, guys
I have put a post on french car forum ref my pug 1.9td as this is the engine we all want in our bxs and several of you are boffins on this beast any help would be most welcome.

My Cars: 2003- Passe-Partout 1.9 TGD estate
2005 Grolliffe Tizzydee turbo estate and sundry other BXs and Grace, a CX TRD.
2008 to 2023 - all sorts of stuff, some interesting
2024. TxD 1.9D estate. 'Wheelybin'. Much worse than expected. Scrapped.
2025 Grogan. 1.9 TD Evasion Image Break. LHD.

No we don't. The 17 is quick, insurable and a lot less hassle to leave in place than to go modifying Peugeots for the infinitesimal gain offered by the 1.9 which is inherently less tuneable anyway.
But either way, it isn't worth it as anybody who has ever tried selling one will tell you.

fitted the new rad today but the car was still a bugger to start ,but i fear the worst and i think the head gasket has gone .
I was using my xantia manual to take the head off but there are differences, so is there somewhere i can download a manual to keep me right?
I have tried the search but do not seem to have any luck
any help at this stage would be much appreciated !
