Bx16v - My car sold

When starting my parts and literature clear out, I wasn't intending to sell my GTi 16v, but have been offered something else and fancied a change.

Bad news, the new owner collected the car last night

Good news, I got £1500 for it

1988 phase 1 16v with 57k miles on it.

Maybe goes to show that a good car is worth some proper money to somebody who wants one.

Ai, a long time indeed.

I might have my new toy by next weekend when you pop over for those bits, but another Bx will no doubt be mine someday
