BX Brochure and roof bars For Sale

Post by bekkismith »

Don't know what it is worth if anything as can't find any for sale. Any ideas/offers? It is in used condition, has dealer sticker on the front and contains full range. I'm pretty sure its 92-93 brochure as my grandad got it when he bought his 92 BX in that year.

I also have a set of roof bars for sale - £30.00, local pick up Stroud/Glos/Chelt area.

Thanks

Are these bars for the hatch or estate?
They think it's all over, it is now!

Does it make any difference? Surely roof bars (not rails) will be identical fitment for both across the door?

Erm ,isn't the roof line on the estate higher?
Therefore maybe there are differences??
Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!

Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...

only in the middle and only by and inch or so, not at the door edges, i cant invisage a roof bar design for a BX (that is one i've seen) to which this is a problem.

The roof bars were on a hatchback, I don't know if they fit an estate?

Oh, they won't fit estate then :(

The hatchback ones have a rubber foot with like a tongue underneath which sits in the rain channel on the roof, then clamps the edge of the car on the inner side of the door aperture.

The estate ones simply clamp the roof mounted rails. They also fit XM's
