Another second hand car dealer who can't write decent English!

Nice motor, after a lot of TLC, but got to say there are so many cop outs in the description I'm left wondering exactly what he is describing. He's right when he says he knows nothing about these motors.

And the cam belt change date? Probably when he last had his nappy changed.

I do hope the seller isn't a member of this forum, or I'm dead meat!

Any potential buyer must obviously be a mechanical genius :

if you no how to top up,bring some LHM fluid with you

A lot of people know absolutely nothing about these cars, even though they somehow end up owning them! ( And unfortunately that is also the route to the scrappy.)
My neighbour said to me when I first got the Break (with a knowing look) : wait til the suspension fails then you'll be looking for a new car. As though 'the suspension' is just one completely unrepairable component!
It's like saying when a person has a cold that it's time to organise the funeral!

A distant relative here in Suffolk had a BX back in the 80's when they first came out. A couple of mechanical problems which were sorted on warranty and he got rid of the BX. To this day they're 'rubbish.'

The Renaults he's been loyal to ever since have been sh*te, cost a fortune in unnecessary repairs but they're OK, 'cause they are Renaults and not Citroens
