One of a kind, I guess. The BX owner whose car I fix has property 50km from Varna, where this was assembled. So far as I know he hasn't seen any of these Maestros in Bulgaria itself, though it seems none of them stayed there.

The bxclub forum seems to be doing a good job of publicising the activities of this particular ebay seller............

Alot of car for £1500 and with that mileage and in the lower tax bracket, lets hope that one rusts less that the others!

I like the way they say it belongs in a museum. Get the dent on the front bumper fixed first! But in reality, it's unlikely to go to a museum - maybe a private collection, but in all likelihood someone after a cheap, good condition car to potter around in - it'd make a godd first car, as they say!

I'd buy that no problem and take it to the odd show here and there. It's been posted on another forum and a few people liked it. It'd be even better if it had a Perkins engine of course but you can't have everything!

There was no shortage of them in Sofia, I did see quite a few, even got some pics somewhere.

y reg meastro thats got to be worth the asking price for nostalgia alone i've had 2 of these a e reg l plastic bumber and a h reg clubman metal bumper and they where brilliant i don't know what the fuss was about i know they rusted badly well my 2nd one did

i believe the last meastros where handbuilt by an aircarft builder or something they also built some vans as well

just think that would have been the last time an A plus would have found a new engine bay to be placed
