Will these fit a BX?

Post by cavmad »

I`d imagine the fronts may (with some persuasion or refitting of sub frames/sliders) but would have thought the back would be different as Xantias are a bigger wider car?
Anyways they look smart, they`re cheap and they`re local........

Worth a punt if you can get them for a fiver 8) The fronts should go in with a it of modding to the subframes but I doubt the backs fit.

Cheers Mr B, I think I`ll have a stab at them. Too cheap to refuse really and these should fill the last remaining gap in my garage just nicely.
Still got room for a towbar in my shed though

Why would you want to put Xantia seats in?

Even those Activa seats arent anywhere near as good as BX seats.

Mr B, that wasn`t a hint I promise. More that just to remind you I hadn`t forgotten about it.
Marty I will happily collect anything for you Sir. I`ve e-mailed the seller who`s happy for me to collect next weekend and pay cash so no problem mate.
Perhaps, if all goes to plan, we could meet up somewhere between us both on the M6. I`ll go closer to you if you`d be so kind to collect my towbar from Mr B?

Theres no way the rear will fit......ever

The front highly unlikely. Good seats though.

Dunno about that Kitch, i've measured up both the xantia seats and the XM seats and i reckon the fronts will deffinately fit, hell they fit in a 405 just fine! You do have to move all the buttons on the electric ones though!

Well a reasonable bid is on the seats so we will see what happens. Marty, stand by your bids and I`ll collect whatever you want if we both `win` something.
