Squealing Brakes

Been having trouble with the front brakes squealing both when driving along and also when applying the brakes.

It started around the same time it had a set of new disks and pads (both bendix) some time ago now.

I've rebuilt, cleaned and re-greased both sides 3 or 4 times now and its made no difference.

Although i've never seen anti-rattle shims do they exist? Anybody got any ideas or had similar problems?

Handbrake a bit too tight? So pads are permanently rubbing slightly.

Try filing a chamfer on the leading edges of the brake pads...
