Surprise, surprise
I shut my glovebox this morning and it broke. Both hinges, snapped clean off. I've never heard of that happening on a BX before
I don't suppose anyone's got a decent black glovebox knocking about, have they?

I think I have a huge stock of those...next to the pile of rear headrests and behind my stash of mint unused tailblazers.
Seriously though - have you thought of a main stealer? Surely they can't charge that much for a piece of plastic and at least then it hasn't been deteriorating in the sun for years.

I have a tube of superglue and slightly shaky hands. This could be fun
Thanks Gary for looking - I think what happened was as you say, my phone charger getting trapped in the gap between door and dash. I know how fragile the thing is and I'm normally really careful but this morning I was running late on my way to a new job and etc etc

A bargain £170.23, but sadly listed as no longer available. Alternatively, one could fit the complete glovebox assy, available for a mere £419.55...mat_fenwick wrote:I think I have a huge stock of those...next to the pile of rear headrests and behind my stash of mint unused tailblazers.
