That 16V'd white estate

Post by docchevron »

Anyone remember seeing pictures of a white BX break with a P2 bodykit?
I think it was a LHD and I'm sure it was either on here or BX16v but I cant find it now....
Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!

Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...

Although clearly the wheels look a bit on the skinny side....must be GTI rims not valver ones!

Because there's no leaves on the trees, it must be winter time, perhaps its running skinny winter tyres...

It's got plain 8v GTi wheels, the rim doesn't exude from the wheel enough to be a 6J rim, so it's got 5.5J rims.
TBH the rims are not what I was interested in!

Are you thinking of making your own 16v estate then Doc? I've had similar thoughts of tampering with my currently resting yellow one and mixing in the remains of a ph.2 that's lying around nearby but not enough time or €s and I reckon that would get me right up sh## creek with the wife!

That white one does look good!

It does look rather nice doesn't it, just a shame he didn't mod a P2 rear bumper to suit the break really.

Not for me, I'm not a big fan of the looks on the break, but my mate CLEARLY needs a BX in his life, and seems to think the break is more practical, but likes the 16v kit, hence I thought I'd show him what a break style icon looks like!

I could of course knock one out in a day or so, I have enough bits to do so, just need to find a TZD turbo break in the right colour and condition and sell him the idea like!
Gentle persuasion or a gun, you know the kinda thing!
