I recently ran across an article in a Modern Motor magazine from June 1985 which was a brief test of the CX 2500 and in it there is a report by the author, David McKay, about a conversation with a DB executive who asked him, over dinner, which car impressed him the most during his 25 years of road testing, and he replied, Citroen. Yes, of course, said the DB Director, "but of the ordinary cars, which one?" Praise indeed, as David McKay then said.
