Floods

Post by Tourist »

Not sure what they roads are like where you all are but around here we got some pretty bad flooding, the hydro suspension came into it's own today when I had to cross a village that was almost all under water! The water was about a foot deep, maybe a bit more in places. I raised the suspension, and through I went 8) no troubles. Now my friend managed to kill his car by driving through a flood, so this is brilliant!

I've had a similar experience last year when we had that massive flooding in Sheffield/Chesterfield. Raised the suspension on high, opened the door, oh shit, about an inch from the bottom of the door

So you gone from freezing your nuts off and spinning your wheels on snow to the more liquid form now

And the BX wins the battle of the elements once again!

btw, Gone from baking 30c temps to Heavy downpours of Tropical Rain yesterday and to having the pleasure of 100% humidity with temps still in the upper 20s even at night! And this was supposed to be the cooler part of the coutry and less humid

Global Warming eat your heart out!
