There should be some internals which are good for all VE4 pumps (i think, not sure yet..)

Well, that my IC might be too small, it's on the list aswell, but later on. There wasn't any noticable difference.

Im going for more than 150hp :P Just no point to start big things yet, going to army in january, that's 6months away from BX

Everything else is stock except: air intake, exhaust, turbo, IC

For the Bosch VE4 pump there are certainly different driveshaft diameters. For example a Xantia pump is a larger diameter than a BX one. It may be that the modern pumps are made to be more robust as well as to cope with the increased demands for injection pressure/volume. The cam plates are different depending on injection volume as are (I 'think') the high pressure distribution valves and the injectors.

I'm surprised the new IC arrangement made no noticeable difference! Good luck with the tuning, although from what I've heard a standard head wont last too long at 150bhp!!!!

Well it's obvious that with a small turbo and lots of boost breaks it. With a small turbo you have lots of pressure in exhaust manifold, thus breaking head.

If you want to know you're not going too far, put an pressure meter to your exhaust manifold, so you can see how much pressure there is. It's recommended that pressure in manifold wouldn't go much over boost pressure, im having 2bar pressure in manifold and 1,5bar boost

Well, it already is faster than Activa. Activa doesn't have engine in it :P

Im ditching that 1.8TD and putting 16V engine in it, which would be right for the bodykit ;) Once that's done, maybe then i'll consider turbocharging it.

And no, i didn't slap him as this was sooo cheap compared to what he gave me one year ago for it :D
