been driving this contraption last saturday, and I must say: why didn't the French think of this combination? but then again, maybe there is a reason and Alcyone will find out shortly :P

I've built this homemade panel because I want to give the interior a theme of an aircraft cockpit. Currently main power 1 & 2, dashboard, pre-start glow and starter are switched through it, circumventing the ignition lock, which is only left in place for the steering lock. I want control of most functions, arresting the engine is done with a knob & cable, the same kind is used for the cold start. Further mods are in the pipeline like front-rear independent ride height control, custom dashboard with a lot of digital readouts, Hydractive and a blow-down turbine to drive the alternator.

More stuff on the way.

I agree! I love the Digit (I've had thoughts about making Digit dashboards.. I must be mad.... :roll: )
