BOL mentions "anti-flood capsule" in descriptions of the carburettors.
I must admit I am not sure about its function.
Could someone shed some light on this?
May it be that the term itself is "Haynesian"? Browsing the web for this term seems to result in various (sometimes well-hidden) references to Haynes manuals.
