Yes it's one of Richards.
My favourite spec too 1.9TGD with the all important PAS. This would make a great base/improvement car especially with those miles on.

Kevan, What would you do though with the unusual Hybrid roof bar's (Well the holes that may be left behind) if you removed them ?

Yes its mine.I was away all day today and couldnt get back to peoples questions before it finished.Oh well if it doesnt sell at this money,firstly it does make me wonder what the point of testing it rather than stripping it is.Its never going to worry Tim at the next Concours event but it has an excellent engine/box and apart from a little play in the track rod end (advisory with test)it drives like it should.Heater works and even the glovebox is in tact. It doesnt look bad really,just the usual scars of 18 years use.
Really i should run it for 12 months then decide its fate but i cant keep all of them.

No you couldn't really weld them without warping the pannels, a much simpler and very easy repair;
Cut a small plate of thin steel, ally or plastic and put a dollop of body filler on it then push this plate over the holes from the inside of the panel, whilst holding it firm with one hand smooth out the filler that has oozed through the whole on the outside. Leave it for 1/2 an hour for the plate to stick solid before sanding the filler smooth. You will probably have to apply another thin skin of filler or stopper and re-sand to get an invisible repair once painted.

Sold to a zero rated Ebayer so here starts the circus.Theve not made any contact prior to or after purchase so i am not holding my breath but it does state in my terms , contact to be made within 24 hours and collected within 7 days so if they dont come forward (usual ebay bollocks insues etc)but i will not be re-listing, and shall keep maybe? but I will keep you posted.

luckily I'm not in the need of another TGD but there is a strange magnetism about this one. I think I would keep the roof rack on, it adds to the quirkyness

How come you didn't add the filter which can sort out anyone with low levels of feedback, it stops them from bidding in the 1st place & wasting your time
