ONE OF THE BEST CARS CITROEN HAS PRODUCED! IF ONLY THEY MADE THEM LONGER!
A little bit wider would have been good too

It doesn't sound like it's any more than a return pipe issue with the rear suspension. Looks tidy too, so could be a bargain!

Has to be worth a look, roof bars an all!

I notice that the seller has been kind enough to offer 10% of the final sale price to the Japan disaster appeal. However it looks like the greedy ebay b******* even take a cut out of that

He responded to my question in regard to rust and it is the one that was on before. If you look closely at the n/s picture you can see the big scab he didnt mention till i prompted him,he also then mentions scabby arches. My last TZD Estate went in just the same spot.Is it a weak spot on estates?

Issues with estates and their tendency to rot in the rear wings (especially the nearside IME) is linked to how the BX estates were made. Citroen provided Heuliez with the shells etc, (nicely rust protected) and the latter welded their estate-specific parts to them (which were less well protected). It's the same with the Xantia estates.

(And, I think, the XM).

My last TZD Estate had gone in the identical spot with a big angry scab. I took the head off the scab to find a lovely big hole. Best have a look at it before bidding Paul, and dont forget the LHM leak at the rear .

Its about 45 miles away. Its not to bad if i get it do you think. It will be better then the one ive got?
Im trying to weigh them both up.
Mines got a towbar towing pack 2 fans body work superb cluch very nice bosch fuel pump.
On the down side Leaking oil battery light comes on arm bearings needs doing Steering gaitor. Possibly a new hp pump.

On estate. Looks like a complete car. ie no odd doors or boot lids. So i wonte have to worry about making it look right every time i look at it. He doesnt mention anything wrong aport from the leaking pipe. And the rust.
