well if they ever catch the bloke who hit my car his insurance company will get a copy of the ad for a price comparrison , as Sandre said its got the same boot badge and with three meteors having incidents in the lsat month its nearly as rare lol

It's got to be said, they know how to present a BX, with nice photos etc And - as mentioned - perhaps helping to push the BX into classic territory.. ? I'll stop my ragging. All BXers are brothers/sisters! ^^bx>

Sold for 1600 quid. I think that's a very fair price for a one of a kind tip top BX.

Does anyone know the deal with these black Hurricanes? AFAIK they were only sold in Triton Green, and the French market Ourane was also offered in Quartz Silver.

Just thought I'd ask because it's not the first one I've seen for sale and hoped somebody out there may know...

According to Patrick's blurb it left the factory and was in the showroom in Triton Green. The original customer didn't like green so had it resprayed under warranty (!why not just buy a black one?). So there aren't anymore black Hurricanes (AFAIK) - just that one. I would argue it's not actually a Hurricane now, but a GTi with 'Etna' velour.

IIRC, in the UK, the Hurricanes were only available in Triton Green. May as well have bought a black TZD though, what's under the bonnet is the same and putting alloys on it would be cheaper than a total respray.
