We should count ourselves lucky. The Autoshite Facebook page sadly seems to just attract trolling twats slagging off Citroens (from what I've seen today). Stopped being a member of that one, but still see what's going on in my feed!

Thing is, this forum tends to have the same members as the Facebook page...

Perseverance is the key. I also have a short fuse, but its easy enough to mis-understand the sentiment behind posts on the internet.

As Ian says, mostly the same readership and main contributors here and facebook, i just find that if you need info or help or even a bit of banter, then its better here than it is on the facebook page :)

Wish I wasn't on Faecesbook. Its very difficult to get off it. Its a spam producer and a trader in private info taking rights to pictures you post. Most of these unneeded sites like Twatter and so on are after info for free.

Too right threadbear, it's a market research tool (reformed marketeer here!). If I didn't have family and friends overseas I'd knock it on the head. I suppose it's also nice to keep up with BXC members on a purely social level, I've made some bloody good friends through BXC Facebook as the increased functionality enables much quicker, fluid communication; I doubt Stinkwheel and I would be together without that, however much that vexes me!

Were you the guy who told everybody his BX TD could do 132mph or something like that?

Isn't the official speed 112mph? Which tbh is fast enough for a diesel BX :)

You know, we're all of those "noobs". I think Mat Fenwick and I are the only people whose usernames reflect our real names. So yeah - welcome to the Noob Pit, enjoy your stay!

There's a big difference between taking the piss and correcting your massive inaccurate claims of the BX which you refused to accept and carried on claiming everyone else to be wrong and you to be right. If I recall correctly one of your reasons for hitting 132MPH was because you were coming down hill from Scotland to England rather than going uphill from England to Scotland????????????
