Ive got a parcel shelf you can have buddy (I just need the roller blinds) not sure if its from a split rear seat car though.

Front speaker grilles should be easy enough.

Cheers Tim. I'm hoping to pop over to Mat's sometime next year for an I.C.E. upgrade.

Just thinking out loud, but would one of the cambelt covers from a dead 8v gti fit Mulleys 16v or are they engine specific ?

Hopefully should be good to go tomorrow, I am happy to pick small things up for people but I will need you to PM beforehand but...

These cars have been sat for ages (and are all sat on the deck) and I will only have a socket set/screwdrivers so anything large or rusted up will be a non starter, same with anything from underneath...

I will need to know how much you are prepared to pay for things, small items shouldnt be too much but I understand Alan can be a bit pricey and some negotiating may be in order....also if I do get you something I wont store it for ages (I currently have a bonnet, towbar and rear box in my garage as it is) and will require payment via paypal only within 24 hours unless already agreed.

Sorry to sound demanding but I have in years gone by ended up storing parts for bloody ages for people and then they disappear off the forum without payment.

A very productive day, sadly black glove boxes were not about, well there was but in cars that aren't being broken....although sadly I imagine they won't see the road again anytime soon.

Two silver wings and a drivers door, four headrests in herringbone, wheel trims and lots of small bits including gear lever gaiters and a knob!

I'm £120 lighter though....

The wings came off a DTR Turbo with a/c which looked in tact ( had very good opera windows too) also there was a low mileage 14RE and a 19RD which are complete.

Having met Alan twice now, he seems a very nice chap and very amenable, he is a "car guy" and will happy chat for ages about them and his experiences, I think he is a little wary of strangers looking to make a quick buck plus he has so much stuff nicked over the years.

He is negotiable though and a great source of spares.
