i visited these cars yesterday and will be going back in 3 weeks to salvage several parts to repair my gt and hopefully get the cars that can be saved moved under cover. The owner is a very nice chap and i have agreed to do some jobs for stephen in payment for the spares, i would say that the 2 estates and the gt will be moved (new i bought that range rover for a reason!!) and the rest stripped for parts i will do a full write up as and when i go back.

It's great that this thread goes on.. what's the status on this one : half bush/BX? Can you still see it? I think if you touch that it will fall into French dust.

Hell, didnt know about this lot. Are they still available? Wouldnt mind the long nose bonnet of the maroon MK 1.
Going to have to get me another big trailer.

I have a bonnet spare Andy - black primer NOS steel - I think I paid around £50 for it.

Pretty sure it's long nose - I bought it for the 4x4 I never got around to working on - I just prefer steel bonnets.

It's at the back of the garage - which is full of stuff. I've enjoyed potholing but I'm not as flexible as I used to be  I'll wander out there sometime this week and see if I can move it nearer to the front.
