Try plaedies, sawtry, cambs, they can make up most bx pipes to ypur spec, googly search should find them ok. Postal service pretty good too.

If you can measure the pipe or send me the remains of the old one i can make you one up quite happily for a small fee to cover materials and post it all back.

I've been looking into this myself, and while you can get tools wit the dies for 6.5 pipes, they are about twice the price of the one without. Does anyone know if the main tool is any different, because if not it'll probably be cheaper to buy the kit without, then get a machine shop to make the 6.5mm parts.

Sorry for the confusion.

I can say that the Oakes tool is available with the 6.5mm die though.

http://www.wrightsautosupplies.co.uk resell the Bond pipe flare tool and can order other dies. Extra dies are in the £40 price area. I ordered extra dies for SAE flares when ordering the tool which has proved a smart choice.

Bond Engineering are the manufacturer

They seem to do a large range of dies, for things i've never heard of. It was what eventually swung me in the direction of this particular tool, and Wrights didn't seem to have any problem getting them in, though they are within a 20 minute drive of each other.

The Bond tool looks like this;
