Hello all, Here goes where would I get the doughnut is that right, I believe its part of the repair
steering kit any help on this I was told by my garage I need a repair kit for the steering
reason that's why its on the heavy side . 16v
Though that won't have any influence on the steering being powered or not.
I think you seriously need to consider taking the car to someone who knows what they are doing with it, the garage it is currently at don't seem to have a clue.
Thanks I see what you mean it may need doing but don't affect
power steering where do I get the steering coupling the rubber
bit and the kit case I need it in the future.
Thanks

I managed to get a pair for under £10 delivered recently - the same part is used on many Pugs too by the look of it although they may need a slight mod to fit -
They do tend to pull apart over time especially if soaked in leaking oil and / or the steering is starting to get stiff and is tugged over time!
Does sound like you need a mechanic / garage with Citroen knowledge - these aren't big problems really just need the right experience to repair properly.
