TZI was photographed for the buyers guide today in the ice and snow! I will keep you updated on when it's due out. Minor goes tomorrow, I'm not allowed to buy anything else...

Agreed. I think you efforts in promoting the BX are due praise and encouragement! And having a publication like the Practical Classics supporting the model is gooood :)

Ahh well he came to me so it was reversed out off the garage, moved round about 2000 times and then put away again so she stayed dry!

She's going to have some paintwork this year all being well, window surrounds, sills and the rear spats as they are looking tired.

The actual buyers guide is basically my words with some slight changes (And a few inaccuracies), let's hope I get something for it lol!

I forgot to mention  ...Michael and I got engaged on Christmas Day, we plan to have a civil partnership in the nearish future, it will be a low key affair as I'm not one for flag waving but we are excited, the last two years have been great, with a few ups and downs but who doesn't!

After 5 years on the CCC board I've stood down, lack of time and enthusiasm are some of the reasons....and to be honest they don't need me.

Thanks Gary, I will still be keeping in touch with the board, they know if the club is to survive the must embrace the newer models plus I think we're doing well as we are.

My replacement is a chap younger than I who is also in to his modern Citroens but does have a DS which should please the others!

I still support the club 100% as without it the big rally's wouldn't take place and they do alot if work behind the scenes.

Congrats, both of you... and I fully understand why you might have a little too much on your plate to stay on the CCC board! Happy 2015 :)

Ooohh lala! almost a little John Inman....

Best of luck with the coming year Tim. I've only got a few more days with the Morris before the BX is back c/w welded up rear subframe mount area. Must do something about the 6" hole in the side of the boot but it got an MOT about a week or so ago. At last some rear suspension....not to mention something that is happy to travel at 70mph.... Another one saved from the scrappy... :D

I enjoyed the minor but it was too tatty for me and to get it looking lovely would cost far more than I would want, plus the heater was pants and the ride was terrible!
