Tim, do you have any pics of your GT? Would be good to chat once I get mine too to see if there are any differences from mine I need to rectify providing yours is original

Have to agree with Tim on the drive. I drove PAM back from the west country yesterday along the very busy A303 and it was so relaxing. PAM is the maroon 'C' reg Gt which Chris Salter and i have both owned. Its now back with Chris again and going well.

I did 250 trouble free motorway miles in mine over the weekend, such a nice car to drive, my only criticism is the gearing is more for acceleration and is a bit low on motorways making it a little noisy, but then again it was designed 33 years ago and I could always pop a TD 5th gear in if I was really bothered!
