That car could be 6 months old in that picture
Lots of Motors, mostly semi broken....

Hello thanks, Iv'e had the car 4 over 8 years every day car left outside
all the time . Black looks nice many people like and comment lovely
car , also they say u want to sell. I'M keeping as long as poss,
Must admit only thing, not many people know there
way around these cars when have jobs to be done
I go to main dealer they cost.
but they know what they are doing.

Depends where you are Alan, you need to find a trusted specialist and be prepared to travel, I take my cars to either Bourne or Hitchin, both of which are 90 mins away from me but its worth it.
Lots of Motors, mostly semi broken....

..that_ Main Cit Dealers now have limited knowledge of the BX as so much time has passed since cessation (20+ years).
You would be much better served by an independent who was trained in that era and carries the expertise forward.

..that_ I'm not even sure a modern Citroen main dealer would know what a BX was still less how to actually repair one?

They certainly wouldn't want to repair one!
