I started removing front end parts from the BX four years ago for de-rusting and cleaning, including this plastic shield, and that’s the last time I saw it. Has two bolt holes - where does it belong? Not shown on any parts graphics.

It does have air conditioning - the condenser rests on a similar (but wider) plastic shield. Found nothing on the front for the radiator, condenser, or fans that has bolt holes that line up with this shield.

Thanks BXpert - I do have that parts graphic but missed it. The two bolt holes on the shield ("radt deflector - anti recycl") line up with the top mounting bolts for the fans. The "anti recycl" in the description seems to mean it prevents airflow from coming back over the top of the condenser, rather than continuing through the radiator.
