Are you going for the V-rated MVXs repros? They're collossal money, but there are no other V-rated options now.

I'll be going H-rated, but I'm going to research potential insurance issues first.

From what I recall, there is a bolt on the inside, slightly to the front of the wheel, which is also a wing bolt and is common for rusting. You need to remove that, and then there are some removable plastic clips to the front of the car, differing in position depending on which side you are doing which need to be removed, and one at the back. Once all the clips are removed there are just some clips incorporated into the protector itself holding it to the inner wing, if you wiggle it about, it should just pop out. It just sits above a lip on the outer wing, so there's nothing actually holding it there.

Hope that helps.

You will need to undo the bolt at the front which screws into a clip, similar to that shown. The clip itself slips over a bracket, again as seen. It is then a case of undoing the various fixings as David said above. Not difficult if things are not rusted up.

The bracket is just to the right of where the cable protector enters the wing.

If you force the bolt (if its rusted) which it most likely will be you will either break the clip on nut or break the flimsy inner wing tab, my advice is grind off the head of the bolt without melting the plastic liner. Then fit a new clip on nut and use a plastic bolt. You may want to get some new push fit "christmas trees" as some may break on removal or be missing.
