Hi!

I just finished fixing up the car and I'll report here.
I knew the forum a long time ago and it has helped me with the car. The least I can do is thank the people who take their time to explain in great detail. I'm using a translator, excuse me if there are any weird expressions.

My friend and I have made an engine change. from the 1.7 Atmospheric Diesel to the 1.9 Atmospheric Diesel (it was the engine I found here)
The original engine broke at the camshaft due to poor timing of the timing belt.

engine removal

After many hours (all new gaskets, clutch, bearing...) and a **PRECISE** adjustment of the distribution, the car came back to life.
Even the air conditioning works! It was a loose wire...
The previous owner bought the basic diesel version. Then he added details like electric windows, black interior, air conditioning, open door warning and something else.

The car already runs perfectly and is very comfortable to drive. I miss having power steering to park but nothing happens.

I'm missing a couple of details to fix:
Fix leak octopus
Change tires
Fix rear arm bearing (For me, is the most difficult)
Change accumulator sphere (I think)

also needs a polish!

That is all for now. Thanks for coming here.

Welcome and don't worry a out the translation being perfect. As it happens, it's very good ??
Prefer it to the Lamborghini, like Signor Gandini!
