HI from CZ and BXClub.cz

Post by Darja »

Hi guys!

I'm so glad I found a new BXClub in Europe 8) I see your URL on french bxclub (yaronet.com).
I am from the biggest czech BXclub.cz, we have about 1000 members, 4 meeting in one year (on bigger in summer) etc..
Last year I was with my 16v in France in Dornes at BX meeting, do you have meetings too? I think I'll be nice trip for us :D

Nice website, I was looking for some photo gallery or something like that, I just found your members...
You're welcome on our sites (still translating in engl., 8) )
So have a nice day, guys

P.S. I can post here some pics from our meetings :-)

Summer 2005 (about 40 Bxs)

Welcome along Darja. That is a fine big club you have there. Do you know how many BXs were sold over there and how many survive?
What is the model range. Most over here are diesels but we have quite a few 16V cars. Our figures can be found on the club homepage under BX Facts.

16v is rare... Remember, that 16v was built just 15t. from all BX, wich is over 2 milions.
We have all models like in Germany, Switz. (Gas: 1.4, 1.6, 1.9GT, GTi GTi 16v and diesel: 1.7, 1.7TD, 1.9 and very rare 1.9TD ).
Also exists 1.1 gasoline, but it's not in CZ.

Most popular is 1.7 TD, but it's not so often like 1.4-1.9.
16v is quite expensive here (when it's in good shape, wreck you can buy for 530 EUR), cheapest model is 1.4 :-D
Jop, and some people love 1.9 4x4, that's realy popular ;-)

I had 1.6 TOP, than 1.9 16v, my dear had 1.9GT (mark I - that was fantastic car, but some drunked as*h*le in Alfa Romeo crash into him, so GT was totaly death), than 1.9 GTi with clima and automat gearbox. Also 1.9D we had, but we gave it to friends.
Strange is, that we don't have any BX sport in CZ :?

P.S. wanna go to CZ? in June we have big meeting ;-)

P.P.S Sorry for my english and mistakes

Interesting...

and don't worry about the English - it's fine: we can all understand completely what you mean by: "some drunked as*h*le in Alfa Romeo crash into him, so GT was totaly death"... 8)
