hmmm, think i know what i did to fubar the caliper! Ooops, might need the Citroen tool 228-T to fix it (around page 280 of the old haynes should give it away!), and while it doesnt look to hard to overcome, think i'll just get a replacement, any offers??
Need it in liverpool/cheshire preferably without the caliper frame bit.
My Cars: Historically, lots of BX hatches/estates in the 90s/00s - 16/19i/17td/19d Recent scruffy diesel n/a estate - "The Red Shed" - is no longer mine.
Citroen tool 228-T ? Would that be the one for compressing the spring washers?
If so, then you can overcome the problem with a sturdy vice and a screwdriver......as I found when I stupidly removed the cross-bar on a front caliper.
Back on two wheels and pedal power for the moment.

I may have one. I know I have several but all the same side, dont know which side trouble is they're burried deep in the garage, thats why I haven't responded before, I figured by the time I'd dug it out you'd have probably got one. Theres one in a local scrappies, probably get it for a tenner, let me know.
