Lucy *might* be driving our C-matic GSA there. I say might, in that she's only driven it once so far and she's not a confident motorway driver.
I wouldn't say the women at these events talk about cross-stich or Veet... some of them are actually the owners and talk cars!
Lucy saw a DS last year that she particularly liked and said "perhaps you should buy a DS..." I was like, "OK...!!" Not that I could afford one at all right now. Top of her classic-buying list are Beetle, VW camper, MGB or Triumph Spitfire. Clue: we went to Volksworld 2007 and the South Wales Classic Car show recently.

I never understood why people have issue's driving on motorways, they are really the safest roads to drive on, and even easier if your driving a car, then all she has to do is follow you!
I was just joshing about wimmin talking Veet and Cross Stitch mate in my usual misoganystic type way, all meant in jest, theres nothing better than seeing beautiful wimmin near beautiful cars, even better if they like getting their hands dirtyyyyyyyy! MISSUS!
Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!
Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...

I would agree: I think it's mainly the joining sliproads and overtaking that scare her. I would also say that there are a lot of to$$ers and nutcases on motorways. Meandering trucks, trucks overtaking on the limiter on hills, aggressive ar$eholes in BMWs, Mercs, 4x4s, chavs dodging in and out overtaking both sides, middle lane cruisers.... it can be a minefield, as we all know!
Well ive made my mid up and i WILL be there at the ccc national this year but im not bringing the red 16v instead im hoping to bring the blue gti but from here to cambridge is a hell of a long way lol so if any one wants to contribute to fuel feel free

Near is one thing, but driving? Have you seen what the tart from Girls Aloud did to that Ferarri (poor Plato)? Dont care how pretty, they need to be able to drive very well before i let em near my car (that said the gf has put a few laps down at Bruntingthorpe in my car )
Anyways, dirty is good, and knowing the difference between a open end and a ring is always a bonus

No, *we're* camping it up good and proper. Lucy has a Cath Kidston tent covered in flowers (for those of you who remember from last year).
