Aye Dave, but the occasional 'high day' won't hurt it and it does them good to have a decent run out.

Ian will look after it...

...Especially after the rather 'oops' ELF incident
I had no intention of selling it but Ian persuaded me otherwise, plus I know they will care for it and its better to be used than sat around doing nothing.

Agree Dave, but its the SD1 spares day at Gaydon the following weekend, so it will get a run out then,

Intermittent ABS fault

Strange suspension squeak which i'm sure will be an easy fix

Burning Oil

Other than that this car is 100% honest with new parts all over the place, arm bearings, full cooling system overhaul, cambelt, waterpump, Michelin tyres, fuel pipes, hydraulic pipes etc etc

Smooth as silk autobox and still pulls like a train :D

I'd consider going halves on the petrol Tim, if you'd let me sit in the driver's seat and rev the engine... :D :D :D

Any test left on Elf Ian? God alone knows I don't need another car now but I might have space when I get a Polo Coupe crushed next week.

October or November, something like that. Think the tax is till then too. Being honest though i'm a little reluctant to get rid.

I'd NEED to know he was going to be made good again and I dont reckon theres too many people out there that would do it.

I've NO IDEA why but this car seems to have a hold over me like no other car i've ever owned.

Fair enoughski, I think I've just found something, erm, completely different as it goes.
I don't blame you not wanting to get rid, still don't really know why I sold it myself!
