There seems to be some confusion regarding this item, so below is a picture.
The outside diameter is approx 20mm, with a location collar at the top
A clone one could be made using suitable plastic tube that willl withstand the water temperature, test in a kettle of boiling water, or aluminium tube.
Note the bleed hole about 45mm from the top, and the level graduations start about 90mm from the top.

Well since I asked the original question the level those graduations start answers my question so should be between 90-180mm.
