very nice, i've seen your video as well. i'd love to tweak mine but not brave enought to do it myself.....i've put on mine a 2.5 inch ss exhaust from a a company cailled TSR which had it on thier racing bx td which i bought off ebay. :D
Also fitted a K&N panel filter and now my turbo comes on boost just under 2000rpm instead of 2500 rpm and you can feel it breathing better and she'll do 115-120mph and doesn't seem to want to stop but pushing past 4000rpm so i don't do this very often only when have to  lane three red mist.
Like you i'd quite like front mounted cooler so you'll have let us know how you route the piping and where it's mounted under the bumper. i'm sure i saw a 16 TGi in a aldershot car spares some years ago as i got it's chrome bumper strips for my old dtr turbo.

cheers.

Hows that? You need to cut "some" metal before it fits.

You can buy an adapter from Club-306 forum.

http://www.club-306.com

There's an sale thread for FMIC adapters. You need to register to see it.

Don't remember pipe size..

If you mean what I think you mean...

Image
...the bit that goes in here...

You could be in for a long wait. I took mine off while spraying the bumper (when all but one of the bolts sheered) but they are back on now. I don't think you can buy them separate from the bumper (I may be wrong).

Your best possible bet would be to find someone with a spare bumper who will either let you have those bits off it, or possibly make a copy of them to use.

Sorry I can't be of any more help.
