They keep coming out of the woodwork those Grandad BXs! Looks great to me. Who's stepping up for this one? I would y'know but I've already got 3000kg of needy BXs and I'm not on the Island either..

That was me, I'm quite fancying this as I've wanted a mk1 for ages but with answers like that I'm guessing that he's trying to flog more than he's got so I doubt I'll be able to afford it, although that may be a good thing since if I bring that home I'm pretty sure that I shall have my man bits ungracefully removed overnight

I was hoping it was someone one here who'd asked. I'm very keen on it too but sadly I think it's someone trying to make some easy coin from an old boy's car.

Whoever gets it I hope it's someone on here!

:D A minor inconvenience when one considers the joys of ownership of such a vessel! I reckon 300 sheets and it's yours and a further 2 grand for remedial surgery.. unless you go DIY in the spirit of the club.

Ive bid as far as I can go, and reserves been met, this deserves to stay in the club, f I hadnt of bought the lovely TRS off CCS I would be going a bit further.

What about Chris Salter, hes sold the A reg 14E off now so wonder if he will.

Currently sitting at £77, reserve NOT met. Image

I'd expect that to go for no more than £300-£400, after all it may be an early M1, but it's still a 16 petrol.

To quote Chris when I texted him about the car:
"Oh shit"

To quote Chris when I rang to tell him more about the car:
"You bastard!"

He's interested then, no question :D Even though he's just sold 2 Mk1s to finance the purchase of a Hillman...

Clucking bell, it's shot right up to £350 this morning! why do PPL bid high and early? do they actually want to pay more for it?

Guess they were trying to find the reserve..

Annoyingly, I'll be away sans internet when listing ends so I have no chance..

Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!

Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...
