Nice pic. Now that should inspire you!

What's the extent of the damage?

Thank you.

Im think i'll let it be broken for now. I HAVE to go to army in January, so no much need for a second car (Driving gf's Xantia for now)

We though to put 12v V6 engine in it (i have one, headgaskets blown) but i might be too greedy ^^ Dunno if it would be street legal, damn finnish laws!

It's alive! :)

Just made new threads to block, put engine mount back, new cambelt and it's ready for road!

Damn it was fast compared to 1.8 8v Xantia :D

128hp @ 3940rpm & 182lb-ft @ 3230rpm

Video will come when it's on YouTube ;)

Next thing is to take fuel pump off and change internals to bigger ones, it can't get enough fuel even on max fuel settings!

Good guess on the BHP! That's great stuff. Which pump internals will fit do you know already? I'm just rebuilding my Bosch pump but it's standard 1.7 Turbo internals. Did the re-positioned intercooler make alot of difference? I would think that the original fitted above a hot engine was not that efficient once the engine was hot!!!

So, how far are you going to go? :P

By the way, do you have a standard head and camshaft?

great work Jeth, keep us posted!
