Estate parts Required

Post by Tim Leech »

Pair of estate specific (think they are different to hatch) tailgate gas struts

Early S2 (86-89) small square side repeater.

Cheers!

Yes buddy they got bigger, they are interchangeable but wanted to keep her "stock" as she's so rare.

^^^ What Discoil says. Got a pair for Timex. No point chasing second-hand ones. They'll probably be knackered too.

Cheers buddy, they are the smaller type as fitted to Kitchs Estate if you need a closer look. Same as peugeots from the late 80's

Estate's got the same as the 16v Tim. Pretty sure it has anyway.

There was 3 slightly different sorts of side repeaters

1. Late mk1 round type

2. Early mk2 square type

3. Late mk2 more bigger and flatter

I'm after the second please. If you put items 2 and 3 side by side there's a marked difference.

Cheers!
